Scope of Services
General Manager Search
The selection of a management team starts with the hiring of
a "team leader" - the club manager or executive
director. In order to be successful, the search process
must be carefully constructed and executed in an efficient,
professional manner.
Committee Guidance Option
This is an alternative service we provide for
a club conducting its own search. We leverage our
professional experience to assess candidates of the club's
selection. This will reduce search costs and expedite
the hiring process. This service does not involve
assistance with contract negotiations. Flat fee/no
guarantee.
Interim General Manager Services
We are pleased to assist our clients that
require interim management during the time we are conducting
a General Manager search. Paid directly by the club,
an interim manager is an independent contractor. This service
is provided to our client clubs without charge.
Golf Course Superintendant Search
Using our proven search methodology, our associate who has
extensive experience in this field, conducts the search
on a retainer fee basis.
